Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing our products.
Due to the nature of our business and products, returns are only accepted 30-days from the original purchase date. Purchases after this period are not eligible for a refund or return. Please keep in mind, products must be unopened and in its original condition.
If our product arrive damaged or defective in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy where roundtrip shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please use the following steps to return or exchange an item:
- Use the Contact Us form to initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
- We will reply within 1 business day with RMA details and a pre-paid shipping label for defective product(s) or exchanges.
- Wrap the product(s) carefully. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging or the item may be subject to additional fees.
- Return the product. Unless the return is due to an error on our part or an exchange, we are not responsible for shipping and handling. Please do not return items COD. We do not accept COD packages.
- Once the return is received we will inspect the product(s) and process the refund or exchange within 1-2 business days, as well as provide email confirmation to the customer.
Please note:
All returned products must be in original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been personalized, modified, or assembled.
Damaged Goods
Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. However, if an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us. We will make every effort to correct the situation.
Please use our contact form for return authorization and special return instructions. You will need the following information on hand: order number, your full name, and reason for return. Please enter the order number in the text box.
If you decide that you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the item can be returned under our Standard Return Policy. If a product arrives damaged, or if we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with either a full replacement `or replacement parts, we will pay to return the item to us.
If the problem is due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire product. We stand behind our products and maintain strong relationships with all of our manufacturers. If there is a problem with the product, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it.
FootFitter Lifetime Warranty Policy
At FootFitter, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our Premium Professional Shoe and Boot Stretchers. To be eligible for a Lifetime Warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide a valid Order ID (or other acceptable proof of purchase) and retain possession of the defective or damaged product for inspection and verification upon request.
The Lifetime Warranty is limited exclusively to the replacement of a product determined by FootFitter, in its sole discretion, to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not provide for refunds, store credit, cash reimbursement, or replacement with a different product.
We understand that proof of purchase and original products may not always be available over the lifetime of ownership. If a customer is unable to provide a valid Order ID or no longer possesses the original product, the claim will not qualify for warranty replacement. However, as a courtesy service, FootFitter may provide replacement parts, when available, to help restore the product to working condition.
Replacement parts provided without proof of purchase or product verification are not supplied under the Lifetime Warranty and are subject to a flat-rate shipping and handling fee of $4.95 per request. FootFitter reserves the right to determine part availability, limit replacement-part requests, and modify or discontinue this courtesy service at any time without notice.
Warranty replacements and replacement parts are subject to applicable shipping limitations. FootFitter reserves the right to refuse or limit international warranty shipments to certain countries, territories, or destinations at its sole discretion.
