I've tried 5 different brands of boot trees and I like FootFitters the best. The spring mechanism is very smooth. Some boot trees are hard to compress when inserting into the boot. When the front of the tree enters the vamp area of the boot the metal shaft can be hard to compress if the angle is too tight. This can result in excess pressure on the back counter (area above the heel) as the boot tree is forced into place. I highly recommend giving FootFitters a try.

Excellent quality quite a bargain

my right foot is considerably wider at the ball than my left and i didn’t wanna order custom mismatched width boots.after using the inserts with the boot stretcher for a couple of days and adjusting the location of the inserts a couple of times.the boots went from being unbearable to wear to very comfortable and practically broken in.i would recommend the boot stretcher to anyone with leather work boots that are to tight in the width.i paid full price i’m not paid in any way i’m just leaving an honest revue and more than satisfied.

I love the product quality, you can tell they are made of the finest materials. The only issue I have is that the tin box was a little bit dented. I’d like to think this is a shipping defect as the shipping box was in a sorry state when it was delivered to me.

Other than that, I definitely will be patronizing the business in the future.

Worked fantastic for stretching the top of my cowboy boots. I had two pair that I could not get my foot down into. It stretched iout tops perfectly so that I could slide my foot in.

My husband lived his kit. The natural wood is beautiful. The brushes, cloths and shoe horn are of good quality. The only problem I had was that two of the screws came out when we opened the box. Im not sure if they were striped or just loose but my husband will fix it.

Works as advertised. Second time wearing a very nice pair of new dress boots I got caught in a flood. Mid-calf water for about an hour, totally saturated, and obviously they shrunk when they dried out. I couldn't even get them on to try to stretch them out. Shocking to find out that no cobbler or leather shop within an hour radius from the house even offered to stretch boots. Two days w/ the Footfitter stretcher and they are as good as new. Would recommend. Be sure to get the leather softener as well. That makes a difference.
