I have two pair of western boots (cowboy heel). They were wearable but somewhat tight making the uncomfortable to wear for a very long period. The FootFitter has performed as hoped with excellent results when using a boot-stretch spray. I've treated both pair and now find them much more comfortable. Good shipper. Product is well made and easy to use. Worth the expensive due to now being able to get my money's worth out of these boots by wearing them in comfort.
