Review Title: Size Chart Is Way Off – Not Even Close for Size 13

I bought the SJ32 shoe trees in the XL size (listed for 12–13), and the fit was not even close. I wear a 12.5–13, and these were far too loose to do anything meaningful. There was little to no tension in the heel and the split toe barely expanded enough to make contact with the shoe. They just sat inside instead of actually supporting the shape.
For something marketed to fit up to size 13, this is inaccurate. If you’re expecting a snug, functional fit in that size range—especially if you wear anything wider than standard—you’re going to be disappointed.
Build quality is fine, but fit is everything with shoe trees, and this missed badly. Would not recommend based on sizing claims.
