Directions: Apply balm liberally to clean feet, concentrating on troubled areas. Allow balm to absorb into skin. Apply as needed. For a more spa like experience, we recommend cleansing feet with Foot Scrub and exfoliating with our Pumice Stone to soften skin for better absorption.
