How to use the Aluminum Boot Shaft & Instep Stretcher
A boot shaft stretcher gradually stretches the boot shaft and instep to relieve tightness around the calf muscles.

Step 1
Apply shoe stretch spray to the inside of your boot to relax the material for stretching. Alternatively, you can wipe the inside of the boot with a cloth saturated in shoe stretch spray.

Step 2
Insert boot stretcher into your boot. Before you begin, make sure it is fully closed by sliding the peg (C) to the notch (A) and turning the handle (D) clockwise to fully close. Repeat steps for the shaft notch (B).

Step 3
To stretch the instep section, slide the peg (C) to the instep notch (A). Turn the widening handle (D) clockwise to expand the instep area. Once the snug, turn 2 to 3 more times for a proper stretch.

Step 4
To stretch the shaft section, slide the peg (C) to the shaft notch (B), Turn the widening handle (D) clockwise to ex[and the shaft area. Once snug, turn 2 to 3 times for a proper stretch.

Step 5
Once your desired width setting is set, leave the stretcher in your boot for at least 6 to 8 hours.

Step 6
To remove the stretcher, turn the widening handle (D) counterclockwise to close each insert (A) and shaft (B) section. Then pull the stretcher out slowly.
