Boot strecher

Worked great!

I ordered the wrong one it’s too small for my boots. I wear 111/2. It’s for 5.5-8.5 sizes

worked like a champ

I used the boot stretcher to help stretch my hiking boots. The boot was really more like a low top sneaker and had leather strips that confined my metatarsal bone near my little toe. with the help of a little stretching fluid this stretcher did the job. It's well built, and the steel attachments really allowed me to stretch in the exact location I needed.

Clamp mechanism failure

Boot stretcher worked quite well for the first month, but then the flange where the turning rod meets the threaded stretcher stopped working: for some reason it no longer “clamped” onto the stretching mechanism which meant that twisting the stretcher no longer had any effect on separating the wood blocks. It now requires an additional vice grip to turn the stretcher. This is a pretty major failure for this item. Unfortunately it’s past the 30 day return period…

The boot stretcher is good. Your customer service sucks. You have a phone number that you never answer and you don’t return messages
