By purchasing and using FootFitter products, the customer agrees to assume all risks associated with the stretching process. FootFitter shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damage to shoes, boots, or other property resulting from the application of our stretching tools.The customer acknowledges that:
- Different materials (leather, suede, synthetics) react differently to pressure.
- Excessive force or improper use may result in permanent damage.
- FootFitter’s liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the stretching tool itself.
