Some trouble

I bought several things for gifts which seem ok. But the packaging was loose a some item boxes were crushed. There is a grainy substance on the items, almost as if something leaked but I can’t tell which item it would have been. Maybe something happened prior to boxing and shipping. I ordered shoe/boot stretching spray and it did not arrive with my order. I sent an email to the listed contact but did not receive a response . I did not use the stretcher as there was no solution.

One would think for the price you would receive two, So you could stretch them both at the same time.
